ClinicPilot needed a B2B SaaS site that signalled regulatory seriousness, specificity of use case, and an immediate sense of the product — all at once. We built both the marketing site and the 30-second product ad that lives on it.

The constraint

ClinicPilot is patient-retention texting for UK aesthetic clinics — Save Face / JCCP-aligned, GDPR-compliant. It auto-sends SMS at the right moments: 12 weeks after anti-wrinkle treatments, 4/8/12/16 weeks for GLP-1 cycles, 3/6/9 months for dormant patients. Replies are classified by intent, the team only touches the inbox when a patient says yes.

The site had to land three signals at once: regulatory seriousness (Save Face, JCCP, UK data residency, GDPR DPA on request), specificity of use case (the exact clinical cadences clinics actually run — not generic 'patient retention'), and an immediate sense of the product (what the SMS looks like, what the tone is, what happens when a patient replies).

The decision

We made the regulatory copy a feature, not a footnote — Save Face, JCCP, GDPR, UK data residency placed above the fold and treated as a positioning signal. The iMessage mockup on the homepage is fidelity-perfect Apple SMS typography, signed off in the clinic's voice, so anyone shopping the product can see exactly what the patient receives.

The four-step explainer uses concrete clinical cadences (12/14/18 weeks for anti-wrinkle, 4/8/12/16 for GLP-1, 3/6/9 months for dormant) rather than generic stages. That specificity is the difference between a clinic owner thinking 'maybe' and thinking 'this person knows my workflow.'
