Terms
Last updated: 2 July 2026
The terms on which Mahsus sells the kit and the Care Plan, and the terms that governed the £300 taster while it was offered. Bespoke commissions are quoted by arrangement and governed by a separate written agreement.
Who you are contracting with
Mahsus is operated by Joshua Eren Cetindamar as a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom, while the Mahsus Ltd company formation completes. Until incorporation completes, your contract for the taster is with Joshua Eren Cetindamar trading as Mahsus; thereafter it is with Mahsus Ltd, on the same terms.
You can reach us at any time at eren@mahsus.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
The kit — what you are buying
The kit is a fixed-scope commission: one property film made from photography you supply, delivered as a cut ladder at 60, 30, 15 and 6 seconds in 16:9 and 9:16 and scored with original music; a booking-focused property site built from the studio's template; a distribution launch kit; foundational search setup; instrumentation; and the first three months of the Care Plan. The written scope agreed before payment governs; where these terms and the written scope differ, the written scope prevails.
The kit is £4,500 for clients billed in the United Kingdom, and ₺155.000 for clients billed in Türkiye. Payment is only ever taken after the free photo review. Half the fee is due as a deposit to book the build slot; the balance is due on delivery. Both are invoiced; nothing for the kit is charged self-serve through this site.
Delivery is on day fourteen from build start. If the brief or the deadline shifts, we say so the moment it is visible, never on day thirteen. The kit includes two rounds of refinement, held against the original brief; the agreement sets out fair kill terms if it still is not right.
We do not sell photography or reshoots. If your photographs do not clear the bar at review, we connect you with a local photographer whom you contract directly, and we begin once the new set arrives.
You register and own your domain — always, without exception. We host the property site while your Care Plan is active. If the plan ends, the site is handed over — as a static export or repository — to run on your own hosting.
Usage rights to the film are specified in writing in the agreement for paid, owned and organic placements, together with what you keep if the Care Plan ends. The property site template stores no guest personal data.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in every photograph you supply, and that supplying it to Mahsus for the kit does not breach any agreement with your photographer. Where the rights require a photographer credit, tell us; the credit is carried in the film's end-card and file metadata, and we never strip it.
The Care Plan
The Care Plan is a fixed-scope monthly service at £250 a month, beginning after the three months included in every kit. Its scope is listed exhaustively on the Care Plan page. It does not include ads management, social media management, ongoing SEO or unlimited requests.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month — one email is enough. On cancellation we produce a final export of your data and hand the site over to run on your own hosting. You keep the site and the film under your licence; instrumentation remains installed but unmaintained.
The taster — what you are buying
The taster is no longer offered for new commissions. If you purchased a taster before this change, these terms continue to govern it, and your £300 credit is honoured in full against any commission, including the kit.
The taster is a single still photograph you supply, brought into a short piece of motion — a few seconds of cinematic movement — delivered as a video file.
We aim to deliver the taster within a few working days. If your photograph is unsuitable for motion (too low in resolution, or with no part of the frame that can move convincingly) we will tell you before we begin and offer a full refund rather than proceed.
If you go on to commission a larger piece of work, the full amount you paid for the taster is credited against that commission. The credit applies to the commission price; it is not separately refundable once the taster has been produced (see Cancellation and refunds).
Price, currency and payment
The taster was £300 for guests billed in the United Kingdom. Guests billed in Türkiye were charged in Turkish lira at the studio's posted rate, with the exact lira amount shown before payment; where lira settlement was unavailable, the charge was taken in sterling at the same posted equivalence, also shown before payment.
Payment is taken by a regulated payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with that provider and are never seen or stored by Mahsus. There is currently no self-serve payment on this site for new work. The kit's deposit and balance are invoiced against the written scope; bespoke commissions are invoiced against a separate written agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the taster is bespoke work made specifically for you, we begin production as soon as you pay. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want us to begin straight away and that you understand you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once production has started. This is required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital and bespoke services begun within the cancellation period.
Before we begin production, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund — simply email eren@mahsus.com. Once we have begun, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies because you asked us to start; but your statutory rights to a taster that is as described and of satisfactory quality are unaffected.
If the delivered taster is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair or, where that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a refund. Email eren@mahsus.com with the problem and we will put it right or refund you. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
What you receive and your licence to use it
On delivery you receive the finished taster as a video file, licensed to you for your own use — including on your own and your property's social channels and marketing. The underlying craft and any working files remain ours.
Where the original photograph carries a photographer's credit, that credit is preserved in the film's end-card and file metadata. We do not strip credits or reuse your photograph for any other client. If your photographer has additional credit or usage requirements, tell us and they carry through.
How the work is made
Every Mahsus film is produced with a curated set of motion-craft tools, including automated and machine-generated techniques, and stays grounded in the photograph you supply. We disclose this clearly — in line with EU AI Act Article 50(4) — and we never present a film of a place that does not yet exist as a photograph of a finished, real place. The disclosure runs as the final frame of the film.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to deliver the taster as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the taster is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from the taster, are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live in Türkiye or elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer protections and access to the courts of the country you live in.
If something is wrong, please email eren@mahsus.com first — we would always rather put it right directly. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant consumer authority in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you pay for your taster is the version that governs your purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
